Ayuni and I went to the salon at 5++pm. Last minute effort. Siap around 7.30pm. We arrived fashionably late 8++pm, same as last year haha thus not eligible for ‘Best Dressed Award’. If not, Ayuni shud be on stage for the award because her hair sgt kewl, seriuss her beehive really2 jadi u know, I chuckled when I really think of it.

Naz Rahman’s the MC for the dinner. He was good at keeping the event flowing. I got on stage twice - both with Muslee Ramlee. One to give the answer of a P.Ramlee dialog (Masam Masam Manis) and another one when he took me up to dance with him on stage. Maka, selambalah aku menari 60’s =P. Siti Sarah also entertained us with few songs, nobody can deny that she has a beautiful voice. The only complaint is the food, aiyaaa so terukk one altho’ from Swiss Garden Resort heh. For lucky draw, i’m just lucky for RM50 Giant voucher, boleh la tu labuuu.. Oh not forgetting the mp3 player as doorgift, nice juge tu.

Ayuni and I got home late. I went out again for supper with Ken at KFC @ TC. Ken is getting busy again, so now when we have time, we’ll try to fit into our schedule. He was sweet enuff to help me to undo and detangle my hair. Rambut kembang + keras = rosakkk. Initially I was too lazy to wash my hair because it’s nearly 2 a.m. Sejuklah. 10mins later, we’re like 2 monkeys squatting tepi longkang rumah washing my hair. He insisted. =) I slept soundly with rambut yg wangi baru basuh (2x wash rinse condition).

PERINGATAN: Lain kali jgn malas kalau mahu cantik.

Everything I’ve been writing has been truthful, but it got to a rare point where I just spill about a missing ingredient.

I used to talk to myself in the shower, now I do it here. I was once one of those little girls - naively set to find Mr. Right, get married and live happily ever after. Now I’m all grown up, the dating game ain’t what it used to be. I have friends who are happily getting married, some in relationships, and lots of single ones. I try to be as honest as I can here. The price for my honesty this time is a small one to pay, if myself and fellow single girls can learn or gain from experiences.

I have Mr. Right Now. I can’t quit and I’m constantly torn. Is it wrong to be with him? Is this bad for me? Then I remember how hard it is out there - how hard it is to find that elusive chemistry, how hard it is to find a man who gets me. I’ve been trying not to let these fears get to me, because every time they do – they turn out to be completely bottomless. What’s the point?

So who is/are Mr. Right Now?

We met when I was finally content with being single and then he walked into the restaurant. He’s definitely a nerd, but even nerds act like bad boys sometimes and that makes them hotter. Few months later, this 21-year-old is now falling for - of all people - a girl who had decided to completely write off men. He had no idea what was in store. And neither did I. In time, we only fell deeper.

In another case, the Mr. Right Now thing - whatever it is - had no effect on the sparkage there. The sparks from the beginning were largely friendship sparks. We are long-distance, old casual friends. Then, we let romance alluded us. The ice is melting slowly for me. I wonder why some say he’s rough or arrogant; ? ; he treats me like a queen. And, deep down, I’m a huge sucker for that kind of romance.

Love takes on so many shapes and forms. I think in a way I have form of love for them, an appreciation for bringing some normalcy into my life, for showing me there are good men out there for me and that I can, with the right person, trust again.

God has a plan.
For now, I just live in the moment.

I woke up, changed my comforter set, cleaned the room, showered, went out for lunch, little shopping and facial treatment. Hmm Ken is busy for ‘Pahang Closed Championship 2008′ since last weekend. Below is the championship current results, he’s leading in several categories:

Tomorrow Nov 2nd is the final round. Wish him luck (so that I can get an extra special dinner too hehe)

Fortunately he was able to spend some time with me for a weekend project. Using the very best grass cutting equipments that we can get, err a pair of small scissors and Bosch electric lawn mower, Ken and I mowed the lawn! It’s the front yard, tak besar mana pun, but yeah! we’re sweating like pigs, man. What I am showing is how I have mowed my lawn and not a suggestion of how to mow yours. Jaja’s Bachelorette Party was one of the best times I ever had with Wengurls! We spent the night at Royale Bintang Damansara and there were nine of us who all shared in the fun! We decorated the room sweetly with rose petals on the floor and on the bed, in addition of butterflies and masquerade masks on the wall.

Upon Ja’s arrival around 9++ pm, I went down to escort her up to the 5th floor. Then Ja had to find the room herself, I zipped my mouth and just followed her around. An A4 size sign hung on the door stating “Come inside! Hens r waiting” The girls yelled all the noise when Ja entered the room. Pakaikan Ja veil and sash, lalu berlakulah sesi bergambar sesama Wengurls. Put some music on for makan-time - we had Domino’s and Cupcake Chic. Ja received La Senza lingerie from us.

We played “My Perfect Man” and “Truth or Dare” which allowed my girlfriends to sit in a circle and be witty, followed by “Bride Makeover” and lastly “Update-session” from each of us. We were laughing hard most of the time and I absolutely loved the atmosphere.

Next day, we checked out from the hotel at 12++ pm. Sha, Apid, Diha and I had our lunch together at Ikea. MrArchi also joined us. I said my goodbye to the 3 girls after that.

To Ja, it’s Disney-like enough, to find the Prince Charming of your dream! But on top of that, I hope you’ll never forget receiving this Cinderella-like Bachelorette Party to cherish forever and prepare you for ‘The Ball’. Many thanks to Diha as party planner and others yg menjalankan tugas masing2 dan yg selaku penyokong2 plan.

Wahhh, Wengurls, sedar tak sedar, times have truly changed kan…
